Why is this qualification most suitable?
The VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training will enable the learner to enter teaching employment and progress on to a broader teaching qualification.
This qualification has been accredited on the Regulated Qualifications Framework by VTCT.
There are no formal prerequisite qualifications that you must have prior to undertaking this qualification. Your Academy will have ensured that you have the required knowledge, understanding and skills to enrol and successfully achieve this qualification.
What does this qualification cover?
This qualification has been specifically designed for the 19+ age groups, this award is designed to equip a wide range of teachers/trainers and facilitators with the requisite skills and knowledge required to fulfil a teaching role. This course covers preparation, planning and basic course design. They will also gain teaching delivery skills and participate in microteaching sessions. Evaluation skills and techniques also form part of the course content. This qualification provides a sound introduction to teaching/training and is suitable for both experienced practitioners who would like to secure a professionally recognised qualification as well as those new to teaching. – The full list of optional units is presented in the learner Record of Assessment book (ROA) (specification).

Assessments are only applicable if you are taking a 'Classroom Course'. There is a 'in-person' assessment that is carried out by the tutor you are learning with.

We are located just opposite Tonbridge train station, which boasts mainline connections to both London and Ashford International.
We do not offer course kits included in the course price. However, after your course, you can purchase one of our course kits for you to train with outside of our premises.

You will be FULLY QUALIFIED to perform the treatment you learnt. To prove this, you will receive a recognised accredited certificate. Yes. All classroom courses require you to practice on a live model under the supervision of an experienced tutor. We sell model slots via our website offering the treatment at a discounted rate for all our classroom courses. If you know someone that would like to model, please let us know and we can book them in. For our Virtual Distant Learning courses you will need to provide a model on the day of your course.
Once you have purchased the course, one of our tutors will send an email to you with all the step by step instructions on how to log on to our zoom account and all the Username and Password instructions, ready for your live course date, however your online theory is available to start immediately.
