Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
Refunds for Courses:
- Any courses that have been purchased and activated, granting access to the training material, are non-refundable.
- Hampson Training reserves the right to cancel and process a refund for any courses purchased by customers suspected of copyright infringement or improper intentions for the course material.
- In certain cases, with reasonable justification, our admin team may consider full or partial refunds for customers who have not activated any modules within the course material. To request a refund, please email [email protected] within 14 days of the original purchase.
- In case of a refund due to cancellation, the refund will be issued to the same bank account or repayment plan scheme used for the original purchase. Any third-party fees or charges, such as those from banks, repayment plan schemes, or PayPal, will be deducted from the refund.
- If modules have been activated, no fees will be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Transfers:
- Requests to transfer to alternative courses may be considered by the Hampson Training Academy admin team if the transfer requirements are deemed reasonable.
- To request a course transfer, please notify us in writing by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- For a course transfer to be processed, no modules from the original course purchased must be activated. Once a course is activated, it is automatically deemed non-transferable.
- For each account holder, the first accepted transfer request will be free of charge. Subsequent transfers will incur an administration charge of £50.00.
Certificates:
At Hampson Training Academy, we understand that circumstances may arise where a name change on your certificate is required. If you need to update your certificate, please follow these guidelines:
Name Change Requests:

Provide a clear explanation for the name change (e.g., due to marriage or civil partnership).

Include valid photo identification showing the name you wish to appear on your certificate.

Please note, name changes can only be processed if the last module of your course has not been completed.
This policy is designed to ensure that certificates are issued accurately and prevent the multiple download of certificates with different names for a single purchase.
Lost, Damaged, or Replacement Certificates: If you have lost or damaged your hard copy certificate, you may request a replacement. A fee of £7.99 will be charged for the replacement certificate, plus an additional £6.99 for shipping.

Substitutions:
We do not facilitate substitutions for course registrations.
Course Access and Lifetime Use:
Courses provided by Hampson Training Academy offer lifetime access, allowing you to revisit the content and materials as often as desired. However, we must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
If you do not log in or access your courses within a two-year period, we are legally obliged to remove your data from our system.
Please note that the refund and returns policy is applicable to both online and classroom courses. For classroom courses, once you have accessed the theory portion before the classroom component, you are ineligible for a refund as you have already accessed the material.
