Lost, Damaged, or Replacement Certificates

If your hard copy certificate has been lost, damaged, or misplaced, we’re happy to provide a replacement for your records.

A replacement fee of £7.99 will apply, along with an additional £6.99 shipping charge to ensure safe delivery of your new certificate.

To request a replacement, please input the following details in the note section at checkout or contact our team at [email protected]:

• Full name (as it appeared on your certificate)

• Course name and completion date

• Preferred delivery address

About Hampson Training Academy

Our accredited academy provides future beauty technicians with top-level training that will give them the skills they need to start or advance their careers. Whilst also providing you th a flexible way of learning to fit around your busy schedule. Whether you are looking to dip your toe in with an entry-level course or require something more advanced, we’ll be sure to have the course for you.

Each course goes beyond just the treatments themselves and will cover first aid, health and safety, hygiene, anatomy, and physiology. We offer courses that are both classroom-based and streamed virtually with an experienced tutor. Our academy is based in Tonbridge, with more to open around the South East in 2022. The virtual Distance Learning platform we use at Hampson Training is Zoom.

We also have a new aesthetic room which offers our students a comfortable and peaceful place to train in more advanced treatments, designed to CQC standards!

During your training you are able to join our active Facebook Support Group, in order to receive feedback and advise from other students. In addition, you can gain insight from our trainers regarding the work you are doing. If you would like support before, during or after your course, we have a 24hour live chat available on our website for you to send any enquiries through to us.

We also grant lifetime access to your purchased course via our student portal for you to refer to at any point.
